This 41 year old patient was unhappy with the results from a previous breast augmentation she had. Her main concern was the asymmetry as well as the sag and she wanted to find out what could be done to fix that.
During her consultation we discussed performing a breast augmentation and a lift with fat grafts. The patient also had a significant capsular contracture on the left side. This was pushing the implant up, causing superior fullness and additional asymmetry.
To achieve her goals, we planned to move forward with a breast augmentation and lift with fat grafts. We used a smooth round moderate profile silicone implant that is 375 cc’s. The fat grafts were added to create additional fullness of her breasts.
The patient is shown here 6 weeks post operatively and is very happy with the outcome.
