Breast Augmentation Revision Before & After Case 381

This 58-year-old patient presented to discuss her breasts. She had a saline breast augmentation in 2001 with 300 cc implants. She expressed that she wanted to be fuller with more cleavage and feels that she didn't have much superior fullness. After further discussion, we agreed that she would be an excellent candidate for an implant exchange and switch to silicone implants. We went with a SSX 470 cc implant to give her more superior fullness and cleavage. 

She is shown here 3 months post op and looks wonderful!
