This 58-year-old patient was unhappy with the appearance of her face and neck after weight loss surgery. She had distinctive jowling and lacked jawline definition. After discussing all of her options, we decided to move forward with a face and neck lift with fat grafts. This would allow me to correct the descent of her cheeks and the deepening of her nasolabial folds and her marionette lines. 

She is shown here 5 months post op and is very happy with her results.
