Gender Transformation FTM Before & After Case 268

This transgender patient was in the process of transitioning from female to male and was interested in learning more about top surgery. He had been on testosterone for over a year and was hoping to get a more masculine looking chest. After consulting with this patient and discussing his needs and what he wanted to achieve we decided to move forward with a peri-areolar mastectomy which would limit the scarring associated with these types of surgeries. The patient is shown about 8 weeks post op and he is very happy with his new body.
