This 33 year old patient was in the process of transitioning from female to male and was ready to take the next step in his transition. After his initial evaluation we decided that we would be able to achieve the best results if he underwent a bilateral subcutaneous mastectomy with free nipple grafts. The patient is shown 8 weeks post op and is very happy with his new body.
