This 59-year-old female was bothered by inverted nipples and came in to see if they could be corrected. She felt that her nipples had always been inverted and felt that this distracted from the appearance of her breasts. Inverted nipples are typically caused by shortening of the milk ducts. The nipple buds become tethered in a depressed position and are unable to stick out. This can be corrected in a brief office procedure under a local anesthetic. As you can see in the after photograph, the nipples are able to be restored to a more normal appearance with a small scar that is nearly invisible.
If you like the results you see here, request a consultation to learn more about how this procedure can help you achieve your ideal appearance.
We encourage you to print your favorite photos and bring them with you during your consultation to help communicate your goals and expectations.
Keep in mind that each patient is unique and results may not occur for all patients.
These photos are of an actual patient of our practice who has provided consent to display their pictures online.
