This 36-year-old patient requested a consultation after a significant weight loss following bariatric surgery. She was unhappy with the excess skin of her abdomen and was bothered by the changes of her breasts and thighs. Upon her examination, she had circumferential laxity of her abdomen, flanks, and buttocks. Her breasts had always been small and after pregnancies has lost volume. 

After discussing her options, we decided to proceed with a circumferential body lift, thigh lift, and a breast augmentation with lift. Together we decided to select a SRM 405 cc implant. 

After just 5 months of post operative care, she is healing beautifully and is extremely happy with her result.
