Dr. Rockmore took his time explaining the surgery, answering all my questions and giving his input on what best suited my body type and frame when it came to my breast augmentation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their communication was impeccable, always returning my calls and my text in a quick manner. They were always available for me. They use an app where you can text Dr. Rockmore direct, and he answered me direct which made me feel secure in my decision to choose this practice for the big decision I was making. Everyone there did their job wonderfully.
Wonderful experience with Dr. Rockmore and his staff! I love that they have an app to communicate and responded right away to any questions and concerns I had after my surgery. There was even a point I wanted to be seen just for peace of mind and they got me in within the hour! Everyone is so professional and made me feel so comfortable. The surgery center is amazing as well!
I can't say enough good things about the care I have received at Rockmore. Everyone is kind, patient, accommodating, knowledgeable, & skilled. All of my procedures have been non-surgical (various injectable fillers & botox), so I have only been seen by Kristin...and she is amazing! She goes above and beyond with providing explanations, suggestions, examples & care before, during and after the procedures. The charge for the procedures are fair & comparable to other offices in the area. I have been to other establishments over the years & have felt like I am buying a used car. Not here. Here they care about you & LISTEN to your desired results, worries & are honest about what outcomes to expect (bruising, pain, etc.). Kristin is a kind soul & it shows in every way. ❤️
First off I want to say I wish I had known Dr. Rockmore before I went for my breast to be repaired from my implant that I was put on top of the muscle and it did nothing but hurt, I made an appointment to meet with the doctor 2 months earlier because I couldn't find someone that was going to take care of the problem. Dr. Rockmore is an amazing amazing doctor. He listened to my problem and he assured me that he could fix my problem. That made me feel so relaxed and happy. His staff was so professional and so kind ahead my surgery and I can already tell that he did exactly what I imagined. Thank you the actor for your knowledge for everything that you are a professional a kind person to your patients and you deliver what you said you were going to. So so happy to know that you took care of this problem that I was living with for a couple years. Thank you and thank you to your staff nurses especially Josh who is there making me so comfortable. I thank you all.
Dr Rocknore is an amazing Dr. I wish I have mat him when I needed a repair on my breasts. All his staff and of course Dr Rockmore are so professional and DR Rocknore gave me my life back he is an amazing Sergeant thank you doctor. You fixed my problem that someone else couldn't. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
