This 31 year old patient had difficulty breathing and was diagnosed with both nasal collapse and a deviated septum. In addition to her breathing problems, she was also bothered by the appearance of her nose.

She was an excellent candidate for a septoplasty and a rhinoplasty. The septoplasty would help to enhance her breathing and the rhinoplasty would remove the hump and modify the tip to make her nose look nice and natural.
