This 20 year old patient came in to discuss ways to enhance the appearance of her nose.  She was bothered by the dorsal hump, but also felt as though her tip seemed pushed down and generally made her nose appear too long. For her concerns, she was an excellent candidate for an open rhinoplasty.  

Her nasal dorsum was lowered, and her tip modified to achieve a beautiful balance. She was very happy with her result.  The after photos are one year after surgery.
