This young man underwent top surgery as part of a female to male transformation. The breasts were removed through a periareolar approach, with the incision limited to the border of the areola. This allowed the scar to be hidden, and also allowed reduction of the diameter of the areola. His chest is now masculinized, and he no longer needs to wear minimizers to hide his breasts.
