This 23-year-old patient was in the process of transitioning from female to male. After being on testosterone for two years he wanted to move forward with a more masculine chest. During his consultation, we decided to proceed with a bilateral subcutaneous mastectomy with free nipple grafts. To achieve an optimal result, this was done with a double incision technique. 

The photos shown were taken 4 months after surgery and he is very happy with his new body!
