Gender Transformation FTM Before & After Case 210

This 21 year old patient is in the process of transitioning from female to male. Since he has been on testosterone for quite some time his body has changed to appear more masculine, however he still has to wrap and hide his breasts. After the initial consultation, he decided to move forward with his transition.  The double incision technique was used due to the amount of breast tissue that he had as well as the slight sag present. The post op photos are seen six weeks after his surgery and and are still pretty noticable.  Scars in this location take a long time to mature and for the redness to improve. These scars will continue to fade over time.
