Gender Transformation FTM Before & After Case 269

This 25 year old patient was transitioning from female to male. He had been living as a male his entire life and after seeing a therapist and being on testosterone he decided he was ready to take the next step in his transition. Because of the amount of breast tissue needed to be removed his best option would be to undergo a bilateral subcutaneous mastectomy with free nipple grafts. The patient is shown here about 6 weeks after surgery and he is extremely happy with the results.
