Gender Transformation FTM Before & After Case 290

This patient is a 24 year old in the process of a female to male gender transformation.  He has been on testosterone for 14 months and has been living as a male for over two years.  During his consultation we discussed all of the different options available to him to complete his transformation and we both agreed that a double mastectomy with free nipple grafts would give him the best result.  He is shown here 6-8 weeks after surgery and is very happy with his appearance.
